I truly cannot say enough about Kim Prophet. From the beginning, there was nothing easy about this transaction. It was more than difficult and I know we only got to the finish line because of him. Kim is knowledgeable, professional, personable, easy to communicate with, and reliable. However, if there is one characteristic I can highlight, it has to be his patience! The level of patience that Kim exhibited to get us to the finish line is absolutely unmatched! He was resilient to the very end! No question was ever unanswered and every request was met.

The transaction took a turn when the seller experienced an unexpected financial obligation attached to the property and Kim was able to structure the transaction in a way to salvage the deal and everyone walked away happy. Kim Prophet's knowledge of the NACA progam and his background in finance/accounting played a critical role in me selecting him as my agent.
